Investigate microbe genome availability from UCSC

          Description

          Situation: UCSC (http://microbes.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgGateway) does have many microbial genomes available. However, they do not appear to be available through the REST API (https://api.genome.ucsc.edu/list/ucscGenomes). It would be beneficial to our users if we could add these genomes as well.

          Task: Determine if the microbial genomes available through http://microbes.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgGateway can be accessed via an API.
