      Description

      GOAL:

To run Kelsey's sequences (Ideally 8 hour unpollinated matters most to her) using NEXTFLOW.

But this time not against SL4 or SL5 but the cerirforme variety.

This genome can be found here:
      https://solgenomics.net/organism/Solanum_lycopersicum_var._cerasiforme/genome

      The FTP data is here:
      http://solgenomics.net/ftp/genomes/Solanum_lycopersicum_cerasiforme/LA1673/

The purpose of this is to see if we can remove bias by not using SL4 and SL5 which are Heinz builds. Maybe the bias moves closer to Tamaulipas.

Easy analysis is we looks at totals that align across all varieties. And then make a PCA and see the variance.
