Increment IGB version to 10.1.0

          Description

          Situation: Now that we have released IGB version 10.0.0 we need to update the "main" branch for development.

          Task: Increment IGB version to 10.1.0

              PR is merged and new "main" installers are built and deployed to bioviz.org.

              Suggestion for testing:

              • Download the newly built installer from the IGB "early access" section of bioviz.org.
              • Install and run the new "main" installer.
              • Confirm that IGB version number shown on the title bar of the application is 10.1.0 instead of 10.0.0
