          Description

          Situation: We've recently added UCSC's REST API as a new data provider in IGB.

          Task: Create a new subsystems page within the IGB Release Documentation for testing the UCSC REST API functionality in IGB ahead of the upcoming release.

              I've created a new page in the IGB Release Documentation called REST API Data Sources and have added a protocol for testing the functionality of the UCSC REST API.

              This looks good to me. The previous issues we were seeing with UCSC REST were when we disabled then re-enabled the data provider, and when trying to load a genome and data of a genome only found in UCSC REST.
