Story: "Right-click menus" page in documentation needs updating

Intro: We should update the "Right-click menu" page in documentation to reflect recent changes made to the context menus for the 8.2.0 release

What parts need updating?:
- Intro = ACCURATE
- Right-clicking annotations = Change picture and text to reflect attached screenshot
- Right-clicking alignments = Change picture and text to reflect attached screenshot
- Track labels = ACCURATE
- Annotation track right-click menu = Change picture and text to reflect attached screenshot
- Short read (alignment) track right-click menu = Change picture and add text/links to reflect attached screenshot
- Graph track right-click menu = Change picture and add text/links to reflect attached screenshot
ADD * Loaded sequence right-click menu = Add section and attached screenshot and appropriate text/links
Summary:
After examining this page in the documentation it is clear that the majority of this page needs updating for the IGB 8.2.0 release.

This ticket is quite old at this point but seeing as we just released a new version of IGB this week (10.1.0) we may as well continue with updating this documentation because it is quite out-of-date.
Here's what needs updating in each section:
Right-clicking annotations
- Update picture
- Re-order list to reflect the order of the context menu
Right-clicking alignments
- Remove "Restore Read Sequence" line (see
IGBF-520)
Annotation track right-click menu
- Add "Lock Track Height" description
- Add "Show mismatched bases" description
- Add "Shade base by quality" description
- Add "Filter..." description
- Remove "Set Range of Color by Score"
- Add "Clear Data" description
- Add "Delete Track" description
- Update picture
Short read (alignment) track right-click menu
- Add "Show mismatched bases" description
- Add "Shade base by quality" description
- Add "Show as Paired" description
- Add "Configure Soft-clip" description
- Add "Track Operations" description and link to "Creating graph tracks from annotations tracks" documentation
- Update picture
Graph track right-click menu
- Update picture
All of the above changes have been made. For review, please take a thorough look through this documentation and let me know if I missed any context menu items or if any of the current descriptions need to be modified.

Updated documentation looks good.
Closing ticket.
The updated screenshots must be retaken to include some more changes that have been incorporated into the right-click menu after I took the screenshots.
In the future I will just post a story about what needs to be updated and the reason and I will not take any screenshots until I am actually going through the updating process.
