Filtering N's from the NCS filtered sequences

          Description

          With the success of the FCS filters, we once again uploaded the samples up to the TSA.
          The TSA rejected the submission due to the oroginal issue of having N's in the first 20 BP of the sample.

          Since Brandon has a script to do remove these already, we will rerun that script on the FCS filtered samples.

          And then resubmit

              Made a new short script to remove leading and trailing Ns. results found in /projects/tomato_genome/fnb/dataprocessing/TSA-transcriptomeShotgunAssembly/kelsieData/FCS_tools/FCS_GX/tom_runs/fin_results

              Should be ready for another submission

              The sequences are now filtered via the FCS tools.
              They have had the N's removed via Brandon.
              Resubmitted and accepted for further review.
              Now we wait.........
