Description
GOAL:
This is will be a larger task that will need smaller stories.
To apply annotations to all genes that were created via RNA-Spades that happen to fail to align back to any genes in the SL5 reference genome.
We have summarized the contigs already.

Taking all the genes with no matches, we will run them through Braker and Interproscan (new sub tasks).
First here, we will isolate those genes for each variety.
