Fix individual genome Quickload being displayed on the wrong genome

          Description

          Situation: One of the individual genome CRAM files that was recently added to IGB Quickload is being displayed on the wrong genome (IGB Quickload > Genetics > Individual > Donor 1 SQ867JX4). Per a text file accompanying the data in its quickload folder, GRCh37 was used to generate the data, not GRCh38.

          Task: Update IGB quickload to display the data for Donor 1 SQ867JX4 on GRCh37 instead of GRCh38.

          • Rename the "unknown_reference" folder to "H_sapiens_Feb_2009"
          • Update H_sapiens_Dec_2013/annots.xml
          • Update H_sapiens_Feb_2009/annots.xml
          • Commit changes to annots.xml files via svn
