Dates and deadlines
- Proposal submissions are due by February 10, 5:00 PM ET (Late submissions will not be accepted, no exceptions.)
- Acceptance notifications will be sent to proposers in early March.
- The ASHG 2025 Annual Meeting will take place the week of October 14-18, 2025.
Additional information
- All workshops are given a 2-hour time period whether they are online or in-person. We encourage workshops to have 60+ minutes of hands-on interactivity when possible.
- ASHG seeks to promote training in new technologies and tools and may support certain workshops more than once
