          Description

          Purpose: To retrieve the BAM files for single cell sequencing from Rasha's tomato project.

          Rob reached out to Rasha and she has agreed to share her alignments.
          Will get them and make available to those who so desire.

                These are too large for GTTR google drive (100+ GB)

                So they will only reside on the HPC:

                Bam files were loaded onto the HPC cluster at

                /projects/tomato_genome/rnaeq/rasha-singlecell

                Rasha has shared the BAM files in a Google Drive. A temp location. though. We need to get them elsewhere.

                I will pull them down and get them on the cluster. And into a Google drive location in the GTTR as well.
