          Description

          GOAL: To look at the reference guided results (reads ---> nextflow -----> salmon ---> deseq2)
          and compare the # of genes expressed to the de novo pipeline results.

          Need the deseq results from de novo pipeline.

          Need deseq results from reference based pipline (Molly's script).

          Compare!!
