Overview Page (Link)
RtoIGB repository will have to be made public. Somehow it's currently private, which is why users are not able to access the link. [~ann.loraine], requesting your intervention to make it public.

Genome Dashboard
We will be ignoring the recommended improvements for now.

Trackhubs
I will create a ticket for the search bar responsiveness fix and another ticket for the chain-link icon, where we will show the user a tooltip on click, indicating that the URL has been copied.

Overview Page

• There's a link in the Control IGB using scripts section that isn't linking to a BitBucket repo that's been moved. Can we update this?

Genome Dashboard

• After clicking on one of the yellow "Genome Versions" buttons, a white text box appears with a "View in IGB" button, the genome assembly name, and an information icon next to it. On mobile, clicking the "View in IGB" button triggers a pop-up message "Unsupported Web browser..." which makes sense because IGB isn't supported on mobile. However, clicking the icon also triggers this message alongside the information box pop-up, which is unnecessary.

Trackhubs

• The search bar on mobile is shrunk so much to a point where it's nearly unusable. The "x" button in the text box which is used to clear a search completely overlaps the search box so it's hard to see what's been typed and even harder to edit the text itself.
• The text underneath the search bar listing the last update date is also shrunk to the size of the search bar and overlaps with the table underneath it as a result.
• Clicking the chain-link icon on mobile doesn't seem to do anything except highlight the icon itself, so it's hard for a user to know what clicking on that icon actually did.

Trackhub converter

• The text in the blue box on this page is colored blue which suggests that it's hyperlinked - but it's not. Also, on mobile, this text is being weirdly formatted in that it's not filling up the box it's in and the word "above" is being split onto two lines.
• After converting the example URL, the text that appears at the bottom of the page ("To add this trackhub url as data source to IGB...") is formatted very poorly on mobile, as is the "Add to IGB" button below it.

Please take a look through these issues and prioritize making changes as you see fit!

Here are the issues identified during the UI/UX review of Bioviz.org. I have created separate tickets for each to better organize the work:

Early Access IGB Page

• Image responsiveness issues on mobile devices.

Home Page

• The "Visualization For IGB" section appears outdated and should be removed.

Navigation Bar

• "IGB JIRA Board" should be the last item in the dropdown menu.
• Add an indicator (e.g., lock icon or tooltip) to inform users that login is required for the JIRA Board.
• Rename "Apps for IGB" to "IGB Apps" for consistency.
• Align the hamburger menu behavior and transitions across Apps for IGB and Bioviz.org.
• Remove the "Install IGB" button from the nav bar on mobile devices for a cleaner interface.
• Remove "© UNC Charlotte, all rights reserved" from the footer.

Just a quick comment on the 'apps' page:

This page is managed in a different repository is an entirely separate site. The deployment playbooks are version-controlled here: https://bitbucket.org/lorainelab/appstore-playbooks.

I recommend focusing on other pages instead of the "apps" page, for now.

Issues observed during mobile responsiveness testing:

1. The "Install IGB" button should be removed from the navigation bar on mobile devices.
2. The apps.bioviz.org page is not displayed correctly on mobile and needs to be fixed. (Screenshot attahced)
