          Description

          Lets investigate some of the genes that Ravi pointed out. You should follow this general process:

          Go to Kegg site ---> click pathways ---> Enter our path of interest, the prefix is "sly" and the code is 00053 ---> click the pathway ---> click genes of interest from that photo of our path which has them circled ---> get Kegg ID from top left ---> get soly ID with Kegg ID from "soly mapping file" ---> find chromosome coordinates with soly ID from GFF file.
