Install IGB button not working on converter page

          Description

          1. Close the IGB application if it is open.
          2. Navigate to https://translate.bioviz.org/
          3. Use Trackhub to Quickload converter by using the example provided
          4. Output shows the "Add to IGB" button.
          5. Click on "Add to IGB" button, a pop up appears showing "install IGB".
          6. Click on "Install IGB".

          Investigate and make required changes to make "Install IGB" button to work.

                As part of IGBF-4162, the deprecated UA parser library is updated to new library. This will resolve the issue.

                Tested on https://dev2025.bioviz.org/

                Windows/Linux/Mac installers are correctly downloaded when I click on Install IGB.

                Ready for PR.
