Description
Situation: The SAMtools Tag Color Mapping window opens behind the Color By parent window on Mac. It should open in front of the Color By window.
Task: Fix it so that the SAMtools Tag Color Mapping window opens in front of the Color By window.
To reproduce:
- Open the hg38 human genome (H_sapiens_Dec_2013)
- Go to chr16:28,931,601-28,939,711
- Select File > Open URL...
- Paste the following URL and click OK - https://quickload-testing.s3.amazonaws.com/smokeTestingQuickload/H_sapiens_Dec_2013/Bam/BAM_hg38_10k_PBMC_CD19.bam
- Click Load Data
- Right-click on the track label and select Color by...
- In the Color By dropdown, select SAMtags
- Click Configure Tag Color Mapping
- The SAMtools Tag Color Mapping will open behind the Color By window on Mac.
