Parent Directory of Private Quickload sites points to the Public Quickload site

          Description

          For certain Quickload Sites that aren't on the public Quickload site (such as the Blueberry Quickload site), there is an option to move up one directory (parent directory).

          This always points to the public Quickload site, but this should not happen for genomes which aren't on the public Quickload site.

          This should be fixed in the near future.
