Description
In IGBF-617 the IGB team decided to design and improve the Graph Track Operations dialogue for the Minor Release.
For the sake of time, we have decided to change what is needed at the moment for the minor release of 8.3.4.
The process of performing a Track Operation should function like this:
1) The user will right-click a track label and select "Track Operations..." (note the added ellipsis to indicate that further input is required).
2) The current Track Operations dialogue will open but instead of the operation's drop-down menu being disabled, it should be enabled so that a user can select their desired track operation.
3) As a side note, we need to widen the input textbox where a user enters the value for their math operation

My testing verifies that all changes have been made as expected and are functioning properly. Since this issue is resolved it will now be closed.
