[IGBF-713] Leaving out "/" when adding a data source allows a duplicate data source to be added - JIRA UNCC

It seems that leaving out a "/" at the end of a URL when adding a data source allows a duplicate data source to be added.

If you include the slash (which the other data sources have) you will not be able to add a duplicate.

If you add a duplicate url WITHOUT the slash though, you can add a duplicate.

My testing verifies that this issue is resolved so it will now be closed.
