Enabled flag is not being respected after IGB session restart

          Description

          It seems that the Enabled flag for data sources is not being respected after an IGB session restart.

          What this means is that a user may disable a data source through the Data Sources tab in Preferences but once they restart IGB the data source has is enabled.
