Description
This is a usability improvement.
- The text boxes in the Open Genome from File window are too small - increase each to at least 30 characters.
- Allow the window to be resized.
- Enable native file chooser if this is low risk. (This request can be moved to new feature request if risky.)
- Replace "..." on button with "Choose File..."
- Tooltip that becomes visible when user hovers mouse over the DNA icon in the Toolbar should read "Open genome from file." to match the file menu and title bar of the window that appears when it is opened.

This is the 8.3 version. Window can't be resized and text boxes are too small. Very not nice to users.
Here is the version from pre-8.3. Note that the text boxes are big enough and the window can be resized. In those respects, the pre-8.3 version is MUCH better.

Make sure Ann signs off on the final version before release.
resolved, moved "Enable native file choose" to a new story since it is not a minor release candidate for 8.4.1
My testing verifies that this issue is resolved so it will now be closed.
See attachment - this is the 8.3 version. It's painful to use because the text boxes are too small and the window can't be resized. So when a user enters new data, she has to work harder to make sure she did not enter typos.
Compare to the older version, also attached. Note that the older version has more space for entering data.
