custom genome window needs to be expandable, need more characters in text boxes

          Description

          This is a usability improvement.

          • The text boxes in the Open Genome from File window are too small - increase each to at least 30 characters.
          • Allow the window to be resized.
          • Enable native file chooser if this is low risk. (This request can be moved to new feature request if risky.)
          • Replace "..." on button with "Choose File..."
          • Tooltip that becomes visible when user hovers mouse over the DNA icon in the Toolbar should read "Open genome from file." to match the file menu and title bar of the window that appears when it is opened.
