Local species.txt is parsed incorrectly

    Details

      Description

While testing I noticed that the common name for "Bos taurus" (which is cow) was not appearing in its tooltip when hovering over the genome in the Current Genome tab.

David helped me look into this and determined that this indicates that the local species.txt is being parsed incorrectly and should be fixed in the near future.

Hey David, I am still noticing some weird species names listed under the Species dropdown in IGB, such as, "balAcu", "C_sativa_dh", "calMil", and other similar names. Is this an indication that the species.txt file is still being parsed incorrectly?

It seems like the common name for Camelina, which is "false flax", is not appearing in the tooltip when hovering over the species so this should be examined further.
