I am reassigning this to Tarun because it seems like I am now not able to successfully add my local quickload folder on 8.5.0 but I am able to on 8.4.2.

This should be reexamined to see if code changes relating to this issue caused the functionality to break.

          Testing for this issue included:

          1) Checking to see if spaces were still being converted to %20 in the Add/Edit Data Sources box.
          2) Checking to verify that Local Quickload sites could still be added on Mac and Windows and that the data within them loaded appropriately.

Since this issue is resolved it will now be closed.
