            Testing for this issue consisted of verifying that the PA context menu was appearing right where the user clicked and that context menu options were not affected. This was tested on Windows and Mac using IGB 8.5.0 and 8.4.2.

            SInce this issue is resolved it will now be closed.

            It seems that the ProtAnnot context menu is still not quite where it should be. Reassigning to Tarun for fixes.
