      Description

When user clicks a protein annotation span or hit, the *first* rows of information shown should be meta-data about the matched hit, starting with:

-name of the motif (InterPro name if available, or other name)

-name of the library it came from, using same words shown in the window
where the user selected the libraries - this is important so that the user can get a sense of which methods and libraries are most useful for their gene

-URL linking to the motif, if available

          Testing for this issue included:

          1) Verifying that meta-data was being ordered correct;y under the IPS tab as described in this story's description.
          2) Verifying that span labels matched the fields found in the IPS tab.

Since this issue is resolved it will now be closed.

While testing I noticed that not all spans are being ordered correctly. Look at the ACIDIC MAMMALIAN CHITINASE spans in the attached paxml file to view the problem.

I am reassigning this to John for fixes.
