          Description

          Change how the nucleotide and amino acid single-letter codes are displayed to make it match what is in IGB. Note how IGB displays protein sequence on top of gene models when you zoom in. Codons alternate background color and the font color of amino acids gets automatically selected to maximize readability. (Fuquan Wang did this.)
