Description
Prot Annot now shows the amino acid overlay in exons on a striped background.
This is good but I think the amino acid overlay should be shifted a tiny bit to the right so that the letters do not partially intersect with the strip boundaries (see attached screenshot).

Testing for this issue consisted of simply checking to make sure that the amino acid overlay was shifted a tiny bit to the right and that ProtAnnot's and IGB's amino acid overlays looked the same. I also checked to make sure the amino acid sequence lines up correctly.
I did notice that IGB allows the user to zoom in further than ProtAnnot does. This can cause the amino acid overlays to look a bit different but at the same zoom level they are the same.
Since this issue is resolved it will now be closed.
