ProtAnnot spans may be missing a description field in the Properties tab

          Description

          Running the IPS database "TMHMM" on the gene model NM_001144822 will yield a span in ProtAnnot but the span does not contain a description field in the properties tab.

          The XML file however does contain a description:

          <tmhmm-match>
          <signature desc="Region of a membrane-bound protein predicted to be embedded in the membrane." ac="TMhelix">
          <signature-library-release version="2.0" library="TMHMM"/></signature><locations>
          <tmhmm-location end="238" start="216"/></locations></tmhmm-match>
