          -Center drag when click dragging at max zoom level
          -Bring zoom stripe to center

              Testing for this issue included:

              -Verifying that click dragging on the coordinates axis in ProtAnot zooms to the region selected.
              -Verifying that the region selected is centered on the stage once zoomed.
              -Verifying that no exceptions were generated when rapidly zooming using the click-drag method.

              Since this story is resolved it will now be closed.
