Description
Dr. Loraine stated that she wanted "All OS installation files in the User's Home Folder". Currently, some installation files (on Windows) are placed in a hidden folder in the User's Home Folder inside "App Data".
I personally do not like when a program forces me to install things to my home folder and I prefer if everything a program installs is kept in the "Program Files" folder on Windows or "Applications" on Mac. I bring this up for discussion, but I think the real focus of this story is to make sure all IGB installation files are located in one location, maybe the Home folder if everyone thinks that is best.
