Description

Load A. Thal, make 1 track, load both mixed cold>SM 'reads' files. Set to annot. Load some data, transform to depth. Notice that they become flat lines. Open track adjust, see that the upper track is set to a max of '7339.4' and the lower is '7854'. It is NOT reading the max value and using it. Also NO FRACTIONS/DECIMALS!

Windows v12393

Seems to be working okay here. Depth for cold is min: 0 and max: 56 and for control I have min: 0 and max: 1546.
