Multiple local bar files can be loaded

            Description

            1. Launch IGB

            2. Open the IGB preferences and go to the graphs tab and check the option "Use file URL as graph name"

            3. Download and unzip the files from http://bioserver.hci.utah.edu/TempFiles/PointData.zip

            4. Choose any possible combination of the files from the downloaded folder, eg: chr22+ and chr22+ from the different folders, and try to open them in IGB.

            Try opening up to four files for one test instance, if more files are opened IGB might fall short of memory and get slow.

            5. These bar files should open without any problem. In case of any problem check the console logs at Help->Show Console

            The bug that was reported for this was 3139427.

                'Graphs' Tab no longer exists in 'Preferences' of IGB 7.0.0.
                Tested provided link in 'Data Sources' Tab of 'Preferences' > 'Add...' but could not connect to that server. Opened error message stating:

                QuickLoad site Your server name is not responding at this time. Disabling it for this session. Try again later to access Your server name. Please contact the server administrators and the IGB development team to let us know about the problem.
