      Add testing details of feature IGBF-1291 to the testing wiki

      Test functionality of "show soft-clipped bases" option in right-click menu of alignment file when editing BAM files

      Add testing instructions to file formats subsystem or another subsystem that may be deemed more suitable.

          Unsure of expected behavior and cannot test as the file chooser doesn't seem to be working on my version of macOS high sierra. I have reported the issue in IGBF-2092

          Files can still be opened manually, by using their url paths, so I will proceed with documenting soft-clipping functionality.
