Observations:
1) This is more of a usability suggestion. If urls are input incorrectly, a warning message appears briefly and then disappears shortly thereafter and the user is blocked from submitting changes until the incorrect fields are corrected. Keeping the error message banner posted near the top of the page until corrections are made may be better for the user experience, especially if there are multiple errors.
2) When a newer version of an app is uploaded to the appstore, there is no option to update. App manager in IGB does give an option to update, however, this is only after disabling and re-enabling the app repo.
