Mismatch graph will not work if region selected is too large

            Description

            If a very large region (low number of bam reads) is selected and mismatch graph is chose, IGB cannot deal with it. Create a warning 'region too large' or make IGB capable of making BIG mismatch graphs

                  Could not reproduce.

                  More over this bug is related to mismatch graph and it happened due a very particular reason. Depth graph cannot have the same reason. Also, if you see your screenshot at the bottom it's still loading the graph.

                  Broken again - see image. Only 1/4 of memory used, loaded a large area, with not very high counts, but 'create depth graph' failed to produce the graph, even though it produces an empty track with the right name.
