Sequence viewer window title needs to show chromosome number when genomic sequence is selected

            Description

            When sequence is directly selected (NOT a gene model), the title of the window displays "Genomic Sequence : [genome version] : [range of values]. This needs to ALSO have [chromosome#] as part of the title.
