Sequence viewer title bar is empty for genomic sequence and incorrect for cytobands

            Description

            Select genomic sequence for viewer, title bar is empty. It should have range-range; genome version; chr#

            Select a cytoband, it says Genomic sequence; genome; chr#, range-range. It SHOULD say ID [this is the cytoband number]; genome, chr#

                  The cytobands work fine now.

                  The genomic still says "genomic sequence : [genome version] : [chr#] : [range-range]"
