          ALL GFF and GTF at this point appear to read 1000000000 for scaffold based sequences... or at least the examples I have been given.

          Can we get the number set smaller? I mean the largest chromosome known, human X is still not even 200000000, and the number being used is 5 times that! Too many times, data gets compacted into a tiny thin line in the the 1-10k region, and the track looks like it is empty...
