"Error loading residues" error using 'Show Genomic Sequence' on cytobands

            Description

            Tested with multiple species (Human and Rat) and after cleaned preferences.

            The user is given the option to Show Genomic Sequence after right clicking on cytobands.
            Doing this causes the residues to load. The following error pops up: "Can not open sequence viewer: Error loading residues"

                  The sequence loads into the main viewer, but I am still getting the same error as far as opening the viewer (version 7876)

                  Even if the sequence is fully loaded before trying to view it, I still get the error.

                  I am sorry, i forgot to mention the version, this will be present in the latest version(Integrated Genome Browser, version: 6.5 (7885)).

                  I had misunderstood this test case earlier. This has been fixed and i have tested with bands in "Homo Sapiens" and "Rattus"
