"Error loading residues" error using 'Show Genomic Sequence' on cytobands

            Description

            Tested with multiple species (Human and Rat) and after cleaned preferences.

            The user is given the option to Show Genomic Sequence after right clicking on cytobands.
            Doing this causes the residues to load. The following error pops up: "Can not open sequence viewer: Error loading residues"
