subject: IGB 8.0.2 Support
Dear Kyle and Lorraine,
the IGB is still giving some problems:
- at the beginning, when opening the arabidopsis viwer, two messages pop-up of "Server IGB Das (DAS2)/Bioviz not responding. Disabling it for this session."
- I realized that version 8.0.2 has a bug when trying to save session, it doesn't let you type/change the name of the session to save on the corresponding window
Thanks in advance for your help.
All the best,
Joana

Hello,
I have had that server turned on in my IGB preferences since ~11:20 and I have been able to connect. If you do not need access to the data on this server you can turn off the connection. To do this from the "Welcome Screen" go to the blue "Configure" link in the bottom left corner. It is next to the words "Available Data". A window will open and "Data Sources" tab should be selected. You may uncheck the "HughesLab" data source there. IGB will save this preference and next time you open IGB you should not see the pop up message.
