Subject: suggestion for IGB: peak navigation
Hi again,
After discussing with people on our groups, we came with a simple feature that, as far as I know, doesn't exists yet but would be really useful:
Our labs are working a lot with ChIP-seq and use genome visualization to check peaks. They start by zooming to a gene of interest and look for peaks nearby. The useful feature would be a button to navigate directly to the next or previous peak (without having to zoom-out, look at track, zoom-in).
Hoping you may find it useful too and be willing to implement it (if it doesn't already exist) in a future release.
best,
Arnaud

Hi Arnaud,
I like the idea, and will make sure it gets included as a feature request.
Best Regards,
David
