Failure to load files with 'Provider "XXX" not found' error

    Details

      Description

      Dear IGB Support,

Since I have recently updated IGB to the 9.1.0 version, I am having troubles loading files (in my case mostly big wig files) into the browser when the files are located on the mapped network drive. Every time I try this, I get a 'Provider "XXX" not found error'. If it can be of any help, I am attaching the console log from when I started an IGB session and tried to load a big wig file. So far the only solution I have found was to create a local copy of big wig files that I need to view on my computer, but this is obviously very inconvenient. In addition, other IGB users in my lab have reported that they cannot load literally any big wig files, even if they are stored locally on their computers, receiving the same error. So far, this issue has been reproducibly observed on the Windows surface book machines that are running Windows 10 Pro (64-bit). I am not sure if this is a bug of the new IGB version that has been already reported or there are some settings that can be changed that will allow opening bigwig files which are stored on the mapped network drives, so I will greatly appreciate any advice on this issue.

      Kind regards,

      Nadya
