      Description

      Dear Ann Loraine,

Me, and others in my research institute (John Innes Centre, Norwich UK) are very enthusiastic users of the IGB. However, we work on Triticum aestivum (Wheat) and noticed that the reference genome for wheat is not available on IGB. This is of course not a big issue as we have the files and can load them ourselves. But I think, especially for new users, it can be much easier if the genome is available through IGB itself and was thus wondering if you could consider adding the wheat genome to the browser?

A well accepted Reference genome is now available for wheat and we’d be happy to provide the files if you are interested.

      Best wishes,

      Anna Backhaus
