Subject: my IGB fail to output the svg format
Hi,
IGB is really a great tool to visualize genome alignment data, but I have some trouble in outputting svg image. I can save image as svg format successfully, but failed to open the image that svg format. I will be deeply grateful if you give me some advises or help me to solve this problem.

Hello,
It is nice to hear from you.
This sounds like it may be due to a problem that was fixed in a relatively recent release. So first thing to try would be to update to the latest version of IGB - bioviz.org.
Nowlan and Mason, would you follow up? Maybe send a link to the User’s Guide on working with SVG files?
Please keep me posted on how it goes.
Best wishes,
Ann
