Updating File Chooser Test document to include the latest locations who are using Native File choosers.

          Description

          In the File Chooser Test Document,
          We have a section "Location to test File Choosing"
          Few of the features which are mentioned "Not using Native File chooser" are now migrated to using Native File Chooser.
          I looked at the Jira issues which converted features to include Native File Chooser and those are listed below:
          Load Session - IGBF-1150
          Save Session - IGBF-1151
          Import Bookmarks - IGBF-1152
          Export Bookmark - IGBF-1153 (This Jira issue is still open)
          Personal Synonyms (Chromosome, Version) - IGBF-1186 and IGBF-1185
          Configure Weblinks - IGBF-1183, IGBF-1184
          App-Repository - IGBF-1157

          We should update Test file accordingly.

                Removed the text "Currently not using Native File Chooser" where it is no longer accurate.

                I moved issue IGBF-1183 back to the to do column because we found that it was not using the native file chooser (but the issue was marked as done!)

                I added a comment to issue IGBF-1153 (still open) that this documentation should be updated when that is resolved.
