          Description

          When IGB opens https URLs, a dialog appears asking the user to trust a certificate before proceeding.

          Determine why and how this is happening. Document it as case study or comments here (if simple)

          • Identify the relevant code
          • Understand the architecture and event flow that triggers it
          • Determine a safe way to stop this behavior

          To reproduce:

          • Load a data set from test Quickload site (see below)
          • Load a data set from Galaxy
            or
          • Right-click gene model select blastx or blastp

          Answer: Is there a good security-related reason to continue this?

          Eliminate this behavior, if appropriate.

                Test quickload site with https URL for data set:
                http://lorainelab-quickload.scidas.org/IGBF-1362
                to add:

                • select Data Access tab
                • click Configure link
                • add above URL as new quickload site

                Tested by following Galaxy General Function Checklist: https://wiki.transvar.org/display/ITD/Galaxy
                Loaded all file types into IGB and did not observe a dialogue asking me to trust a certificate. I also observed no additional side effects related to this change, so it will now be closed.
