            To replicate the issue:
In IGB, open the Prunus persica genome.
            Right-click on an annotation (gene).
Note the order of Get Info or Google.
Repeatedly right-clicking on the annotation should randomly order Get Info or Google.

Got it. I wasn't seeing it before because a person would need to make a selection to cause the items to flip positions. In my testing I was only clicking new annotations and the items never changed locations.

I have been continuing to look through files relating to the configure web links feature.

As suggested, I have been looking for a "configure weblinks" type feature in order to find the code to enact the appropriate changes. My best guess would be that code in question can be found somewhere in the "core/weblinks/src/main/java/org/lorainelab/igb/preferences/weblink/model" folder in the IGB repository. After receiving some assistance I have still not been successful in locating the exact sections needing to be changed. I am now moving this ticket back to the backlog.
