Intro:
Safari users trying to download the igb.jnlp file may experience frustration since Safari downloads JNLP files into an uncommon directory (/private/var/.../T). This is due to the fact that Safari does not have a MIME type associated with JNLP files.
*To get Safari to download JNLP files into the "Downloads" directory:
1) Open Safari preferences and click on the "General" tab.
2) Uncheck the "Open "safe" files after downloading" box.
Observe: JNLP files now get downloaded to the "Downloads" folder.
What the IGB team needs to do:
1) Add a message to the IGB Downloads page that presents this information to Safari users.
2) Possibly add this issue to IGB's documentation as well (any feedback would be greatly appreciated).
