Re-factor and clean up pom.xml

          Description

          • Dependencies mentioned in main project pom.xml are not actually being used by maven. (Consult with Charan regarding this.)
          • Remove obsolete profiles. There are some leftover from when we used Jenkins for deployment.

                Checked all the projects dependent on main POM for versions being hard coded. It has been removed.
                It is working as expected.
